OUR TEAM

Michael Zebrowski

President and Chief Design Officer

The son of a truck driver and a quilter, Michael Zebrowski was born in Buffalo, NY. He was educated in architecture at the University of Buffalo, and holds a Masters of Architecture from Cranbrook Academy of Art. Zebrowski's work explores art, architecture, and science through material culture, focusing on architecture as a means to record time, space, and experience. He has taught art, design, and architecture at various institutions and exhibited nationally and internationally, including locations in New York, Maryland, Michigan, Vermont, South Carolina, and the Netherlands. Zebrowski has received artist-in-residencies in Vermont and South Carolina, and he recently completed a project called "Eclipse S U R V EY" at the Gibbes Museum of Art. Currently residing in Johnson, Vermont, with his two children, Zebrowski is the founder, owner, and lead designer at Up End This, aiming to make tangible solutions for spatial issues, especially concerning social, economic, and environmental constructs.

Ericka Weik

Community and Customer Relations Officer

Ericka hails from the northwest corner of Connecticut. There isn’t an aspect of the company that she doesn’t engage in. She is a Doula and Health Coach by trade and brings care and awareness to the team and we are grateful. She is also an interior design and sustainable product wiz.

Ericka's concern for the world mirrors the genuine regard she displays for its inhabitants. This dedication shines through as she takes the lead in engaging our customers. Ericka's nurturing approach paves the way for our team to make a positive impact, fostering a sense of gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to a better world.

Sean Kennedy

Director of Sales

Growing up on a small farm in Hartland Vermont, Sean was shaped by the outdoors. He followed his passion for skiing to Utah he attended Westminster College, where he studied Business and Communications because of his interest in entrepreneurship .

The draw of snow and cycling kept him in Utah for another eight years. Following college he worked for small and large organizations where he developed a love for business development.

After moving back to Vermont Sean joined a startup prefab housing company where he gained a deep understanding of the prefabricated infrastructure industry. Sean has joined Up End This to continue to promote the benefits of prefabricated spaces and advocate for the natural world, by supporting a product with a sustainable focus.

Kris Brown

Assembly Technologist

Kris comes is a North Carolina native. He moved to Vermont to pursue a culinary career. He brings: attention to detail, a great work ethic, clear understanding of routine and process. Kris is also a seasoned podcaster and voice actor.
